Looking for help in locating a friend of mine who was roadie for Moodies during 1973 'Seventh Sojourn' world tour when the band played in Pittsburgh, PA on 25 October 1973. His name is Mike North and he worked with the Moody Blues from 1973 until about 1985. I have been searching for him for some time now and would like to get back in touch. Mike North was also involved with the Moody Blues Fan Club and a good friend of Ivy Stewart. I had the pleasure of visiting with Mike in July 1974 in Cobham when we met at the Threshold Offices. Mike North is mentioned on the inner sleeves of both the 'Bluejays' and 'From Mighty Oaks' lps. He is a very talented musician who played on Martin Kolbe's '37 1/4' lp in 1975. If any of the 'older' fans out there have any info about Mike North, please drop me a message...would be greatly appreciated.

Mike North has been found alive and well but living in, of all places, Ipswich! Why I do not know but there he is. Managed to find him and had a phone call in January. Mike North went over to the US in 1977 to work for Tom Petty and we lost touch. Good to have managed to look him up after all these years.
